Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are not completely satisfied with the shoes you purchased return them to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

We simply ask that you return the shoes in the same new condition that you received them. Do not wear them on your job. Try them on at home on carpeted floors. Then if they are not right for you, tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different size.

If you want a refund, we will gladly issue a credit. We have no restocking fee! We simply ask that you pay for the postage to return the item.

If you want an exchange, tell us what style, size and width you want. If you want to choose a different style that may cost a little more just enclose a check or money order for the difference or we can charge your credit card. If the style you chose costs less we will credit your credit card. There is not restocking fee. We simply ask that you pay for the postage to return the item. 30 Day Comfort Guarantee Guidlines

Some of our manufacturers offer a 30 day comfort guarantee. Timberland PRO offers a comfort guarantee on their PowerFit™ footwear. HyTest offers a comfort guarantee on their some of their Hush Puppies Professionals and all FootRests. Harley Davidson offers a comfort guarantee on some of their footwear as does Caterpillar. See the features description of each individual boot or shoe for the footwear that has a comfort garuantee.

Timberland Pro 30-Day Comfort Guarantee Guidelines:

If during the first thirty (30) days following your purchase you believe your new Timberland Pro work boots with the PowerFit™ comfort system are not more comfortable than other brands you have worn, Timberland will refund the purchase price of the boots to you, no questions asked, provided you still have your dated receipt of purchase.

In order to receive your refund, you must follow these steps (one return per customer):

1.  Call Timberland Customer Service at 1-800-445-5545 within two (2) days of the end of the 30-day test period.  A Customer Service representative will let you know where to send your boots for your refund.

2.  Ship your boots and your original dated receipt of purchase to the designated location within five (5) days of your initial call to Timberland Customer Service.  Receipts will be checked for accuracy and authenticity.  Packages must be returned prepaid.  Timberland cannot accept C.O.D. returns.  Only original purchase price will be refunded; refund does not include applicable taxes and/or shipping charges for return.  Copies of receipts that have been altered or modified and all other inaccurate or inauthentic receipts will not be accepted or honored; in such cases, product shall be returned to customer.  Please allow 6-9 weeks for refund.

HyTest, Caterpillar and Harley Davidson 30-Day Comfort Guarantee Guidelines:

HyTest, Caterpillar and Harley Davidson 30-Day Comfort Guaranteed Footwear are returned to us, Michigan Industrial Shoe at the above address. Save your original receipt. If your footwear does not meet your comfort needs, call us at (800) 563-2668 before the 30 day guarantee period is over. We will have you ship them to us along with the original receipt. Keep a copy for your records. The shoes have to be received by us a by the date we will specify. We will refund your money and send the footwear and original receipt back to the manufacturer, Wolverine Worldwide.
